AGM 2021
The AGM's of PEC Trust, PEC Homes and PEC were held together on Tuesday 23rd November, as a virtual event.
PEC Trust, PEC Homes and PEC (Community Benefit Society) were all incorporated into one virtual event, where only the formal business was held. Thank you to all of our members who were able to attend, and those who sent apologies. You can watch a recording of the event here.
PEC Trust
Ian Hutchcroft (Chair) opened the meeting and conducted the formal proceedings. The Trustees' report and unaudited Financial Statements for the period ended 30th June 2021 were received and adopted. The auditors, Bromhead Chartered Accountants, were re-appointed as the auditors of the company for the year to 30th June 2022, and the Board were authorised to set their remuneration.
As per the PEC Trust Articles, one third of the elected Trustees must stand down. The Trustee's who stood down were Jessica Holliland and Paul Hardman, however both Jessica and Paul stood for re-election. Subsequently, the two candidates were confirmed as Trustees:
- Jessica Holliland
- Paul Hardman

PEC Homes AGM
Clive Turner (Chair) started the meeting and conducted the formal proceedings. The Trustees' report and audited Financial Statements for the period ended 30th June 2021 were received and adopted. The auditors, Bromhead Chartered Accountants, were re-appointed as the auditors of the company for the year to 30th June 2022, and the Board were authorised to set their remuneration.
As per the PEC Homes rules, one third of the elected Trustees must stand down. The Director's who stood down were Michelle Virgo and Greg Wotton, however Greg stood for re-election. Jo Atkey was a new nominate from the membership. Subsequently, the two candidates confirmed as Directors were:
- Greg Wotton
- Jo Atkey
