We are hiring for two positions - one Energy Advisor (Income Maximisation) role and one Energy Advisor (Community Builder) role.

As an Energy Advisor (Benefits & Income Maximisation) you’ll work in our frontline, award-winning Energy Team to deliver seamless, high-quality support services. This is a specialist role, helping households maximise their income through welfare benefits and other financial support, alongside reducing energy costs and improving the warmth and efficiency of their homes. Full training in energy is provided to help you transfer your existing benefits and income maximisation skills.
As an Energy Advisor (Community Builder) you'll work in our award-winning Energy Team, helping people access support before problems become crises. This is a community engagement role focused on building trusted relationships with residents, community organisations and local partners, helping people access practical support, improve their homes and reduce the risk of fuel poverty. Full training in energy advice will be provided. We are looking for someone with strong community engagement skills who wants to make a practical difference in people's lives.
