Affordable, healthy and low carbon homes
By creating genuinely affordable, healthy homes in the heart of Plymouth, our community can be part of the solution to tackle fuel poverty and climate change.
In March 2020, we established PEC Homes as an independent Community Benefit Society and Community Land Trust, to build community owned, net zero affordable housing developments in Plymouth. It is owned by its members on a one member, one vote basis. The rights of the members are set out in the Rules. As a Community Benefit Society, PEC Homes is regulated by the FCA.
