We are hiring for two positions - one Energy Advisor role and one Project Support role.

As a Project Support you’ll work in our frontline, award-winning Energy Team to deliver seamless, high-quality home energy advice services. You’ll be an important part of making sure our services are accessible, efficient, reliable and friendly. Don’t be concerned if you haven’t worked in energy before, the role is suitable for people with transferable skills, as well as anyone with experience in the field. 

As an Energy Advisor you’ll work in our frontline, award-winning Energy Team to deliver seamless, high-quality home energy advice services. This role will focus on delivery of advice to households seeking to upgrade their homes with insulation, renewable energy, better heating or smart controls. 

Deadline:  

Midnight, Monday 20th April 2026

Interviews: 

Project Support role - scheduled for  Monday 11th May 2026 

Energy Advisor role - scheduled for  6th and 7th May 2026
