Retrofitting for Health Workshop

MF PROFESSIONALS Retrofitting for Health workshop Eventbrite 1

Retrofitting for Health Workshop is part of a research study led by the Plymouth Institute of Health and Care research (PIHR) University of Plymouth.

This is an important discussion about how home energy improvements can directly support people’s health, particularly those living with conditions linked to cold or damp homes.

We are looking to speak to professionals who are working with residents experiencing health issues that may be linked to their home environment, including: cardiovascular conditions (heart and circulatory diseases), respiratory illnesses (COPD, bronchitis, recurrent infections), stroke survivors, people with restricted mobility or chronic pain, those experiencing depression or anxiety.

If you would be willing to share experiences and insights in a safe environment, we would love for you to join our workshop.

The session will be facilitated by PIHR, who have expertise in making these conversations meaningful and constructive.

This is an opportunity to shape future projects and influence how retrofit services can better support those most in need.
