PEC Homes was closed in Autumn 2025.
Established in 2020, PEC Homes operated as an independent Community Benefit Society and Community Land Trust. We created it with the aim to build community owned, net zero affordable housing developments in Plymouth.
As a Community Benefit Society, PEC Homes was regulated by the FCA.
