The survey will be undertaken by a qualified Retrofit Assessor who can assess the technical aspects of an installation and recommend suitable measures for your home. They'll collect essential data which can be passed onto a Retrofit Coordinator or Retrofit Designer to inform decisions about how best to design a system which works for the unique circumstances of your property.
The Future Home Survey will also recommend the best order to install measures. This can be particularly valuable if you don't expect to be able to install all the recommended measures at once, but would like to know where to start.
Our Future Home Survey does not include a design specification. A design specification is usually required to provide an installer the specific details of how to install the recommended measures in your home. We can advise you how to get specification if required.
