You don’t need to be worried about your house being tidy!

We are person-centred and not judgemental. What’s not to like?!

After the visit your advisor will provide a short summary of what was discussed during the visit. Where possible they will signpost you to relevant organisations, suppliers and installers and provide guidance on how to take the next step.

Our advisor would usually just ask for a place where they can sit down and have a chat reviewing the information they gathered and prepared prior to the visit. You don’t need to tidy up beforehand, but they might ask you to make sure the environment is free of hazards (eg. exposed electric wires, tripping hazards or aggressive pets). It would be useful to know if the house has had any recent upgrades such as insulation, new boilers, new windows, lighting.
